1. Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide you with the highest quality plants and nursery products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

   The plants or products you received are damaged or defective.
   The wrong item was shipped to you.
   The plant does not meet the quality standard as advertised.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we only accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery. After this time, we are unable to process refunds.
3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

   Plants that have been repotted or altered after delivery.
   Plants that have been improperly cared for (e.g., insufficient water, wrong lighting, etc.).
   Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

   Send an email to support@lookplan.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
   Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the plant or product in its original packaging (if applicable).
   Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, we will:

   Issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
   If you prefer, we can offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival).
